Reminders for the week of February 26, 2023
Announcements:
• Library Parent Volunteers: We could really use volunteers in our library on Monday and Tuesday mornings from 8:30am-10:30am. If you’re able to volunteer, even for 30 minutes, that would be great! Please check-in at the front office, and we’ll be most appreciative!
• Apex Fundraiser: The Apex Fundraiser begins this week! Please be on the lookout for more information via email and Class Dojo to find out how we can get our doves registered for this amazing fundraiser!
• Save the Date: The Apex Fun Run Event will take place on Thursday, 3/9. The Pre-school-2nd grade running event will take place from 8:45-9:45. The 3rd-6th grade running event will take place from 9:45-10:45.
• Campus Safety: If you see anyone on campus over the weekend that doesn’t appear to be a district employee, please notify the authorities. We appreciate your support with this as we work to keep our campus safe on the weekends. Thank you.
• Pets: Please remember not to walk your pets on campus. Pets, excluding service animals, are not allowed on the campus of any schools within the district due to pet allergies, and student safety.
• Jeffers PTA Instagram Account: Please follow the Jeffers PTA Instagram Account @JeffersPTA!
• Traffic Loop: As a friendly reminder, please do not park and exit your car in the traffic loop. Parking in the traffic loop creates significant traffic congestion on Camino Prado Street. If you like to exit your vehicle to meet your student(s), please park in the parking lot, and use the cross walk to wait for your dove. Thank you for your understanding.
