COVID Testing:

In anticipation of the start of the school year on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, our site has received COVID-19 testing kits for students. We will be distributing the kits to families on Monday, 7/18 and Tuesday, 7/19 from 4pm-6pm. We are strongly encouraging parents to test your student on Tuesday night or Wednesday morning prior to students returning to campus. If students test positive, please notify the office immediately, and make sure you keep them home to avoid exposure to other students and staff. Testing is NOT required, but highly encouraged.

Please log positive tests using this link:

Please contact [email protected] for a test to return guidance. CVESD is NOT collecting negative results unless 1) you/your child is attempting to release early from isolation after a positive test (before day 11) and 2) your child has Covid-like symptoms. To return to school they will need to have improving symptoms, be fever free for 24 hours and send [email protected] photo of two negative antigen tests taken twelve hours apart or one negative PCR test.
