Reminders for the week of March 12, 2023

Announcements: 

• Cheers to an amazing last week of school before Spring Break! We also hope that you enjoy your students’ parent-teacher conference! Thank you for always supporting our school!

• Parent-Teacher Conferences: Conferences continue THIS WEEK through Friday, March 17^th. Please remember that students are on modified days on these days. (Students in TK dismissed at 1:15 p.m., and students in K-6 dismissed at 1:00p.m.)

   

   

  • Spring Break: Spring Break will be: Monday, March 20^th- Friday, March  31^ST.Students will return from Spring Break on Monday, 4/3, which will also be a modified day.

   

   

  • Save the DATE-Scholastic Book Fair:  The Scholastic Book Fair will be from Friday, March 10th - Thursday March, 16^th in the MPR. Parents can stop by the Book Fair to purchase books on the following dates and times: 
    
    Monday, March 13^th, 830-5pm
    Tuesday March 14^th, 2-5pm
    Wednesday, March 15^th ,  2-5pm
    Thursday March, 16^th,  2-5pm (LAST DAY)

   

   

  • Campus Safety: If you see anyone on campus over the weekend that doesn’t appear to be a district employee, please notify the authorities. We appreciate your support with this as we work to keep our campus safe on the weekends. Thank you.

  • Library Parent Volunteers: We could really use volunteers in our library on Monday and Tuesday mornings from 8:30am-10:30am. If you’re able to volunteer, even for 30 minutes, that would be great! Please check-in at the front office, and we’ll be most appreciative!

  • Apex Fundraiser: The Apex Fundraiser continues this week! Please make a pledge… even if it’s $1! J

   

  • Save the Date: The Apex Fun Run Event will take place on Thursday, 3/9. The Pre-school-2^nd grade running event will take place from 8:45-9:45. The 3^rd-6^th grade running event will take place from 9:45-10:45. We hope to see our parents there!

  • Pets: Please remember not to walk your pets on campus. Pets, excluding service animals, are not allowed on the campus of any schools within the district due to pet allergies, and student safety.
